Clean Energy Fuels Corp. announced that it will expand its network of liquefied natural gas stations in southern California in large cities and along major truck routes, with a goal to expand into the Southwest.
The company's LNG network in southern California currently consists of two stations in the Los Angeles/Long Beach ports complex, it said in a statement.
This year, Clean Energy will build stations in Los Angeles, Commerce, Industry, Fontana, Riverside, Tulare, Barstow and Otay Mesa, it said.
Clean Energy plans to expand its footprint into northern California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah, following the southern California expansion.
