Navistar Establishes Truck Mixer Division

Navistar International Corp. said Tuesday it established a separate division, Continental Mixers, LLC, to build and market rear discharge mixer products under the Continental Mixers and CBMW Mixers brands.

Navistar acquired truck mixer manufacturer Continental Manufacturing Co. in December.

The operation will be based out of Continental’s operating headquarters in Houston, Texas.

Navistar said it planned to expand operations beyond Continental’s historic Southeastern U.S. territory by adding 30 more distribution locations in the United States and Canada.
